One of the most interesting and widely used new additions to the BlogFeedNet service is the “Fetch new feed items now” button. This button gives you more control over your feed channel. Do you need to import a new blog post and don’t want to wait for the update cycle, just click the “Feeds” tab on your dashboard and then click the “Fetch new feed items now”; there you will have the option to import new feed items for all the feed channels under a twitter profile or import new feed items per feed channel.
